Please request an RMA online. Send the merchandise in a protected manner (boxed) so that it reaches us before 15 days of receipt. Please also include a note with your order number & RMA# , name and reason for the return. We are not responsible for lost packages, please request for tracking from USPS.
* We DO NOT charge a restocking fee for returns
* You have 15 days from the day you receive the item to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number
* Please do not ship your item back to us prior to obtaining an RMA number
* We cannot refund shipping fees (if any)

We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please note if the return causes your order to fall below a special sale offer such as free shipping then the shipping cost will be added to your order. S&H fees are not refundable. No refunds or reimbursements will be made towards the cost of shipping returned merchandise back to us. Any damage or defect claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If an order is offered free shipping and the order is returned a $5.50 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the orders refund. To qualify for a return or defect claim, items must be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
Special return requirements may be made on bulk purchases of single items. To qualify for an exchange items must be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging.
